Single origin Arabica heirloom coffee grown by Gidey Berhe. An excellent organic coffee from a prime example of sustainable coffee farming. Giday Berhe started trading in coffee in 1993 in Jimma. He opened his own wet and dry mill and supplied the central market with quality coffee. In 2000, he started his own farm with 356 hectares. The management and QC is managed centrally and by professionals. Virtually, every single bean is inspected.
